The Morning Psychologist is a Sydney based psychology practice. We believe that psychology can benefit everyone, and encourage it to be used as a preventative measure to nurture and maintain your mental health, and to improve your overall sense of wellbeing. You don't need to have a BIG problem before accessing support! 

We use evidence based psychological approaches to empower you to gain and maintain a healthy, flexible and balanced mindset. This in turn enables you to deal with challenges as they arise, in a helpful and effective way. 

We conduct all our psychology sessions in the morning when you are most alert, motivated and flexible in your thinking. We feel this is an empowering way to start the day. We offer sessions from 7:30am for the early risers through to 11:30am. All our sessions are currently conducted via telehealth (zoom or phone).
